- Gina Rosenbaum is the Broker/Owner of GRIRG, a Commercial Residential Investment Firm (grirg.com).
She is an E-Pro Realtor and 1031 Exchange Specialist. Currently, Gina is the Vice Chairperson of the South Broward Board of Realtors Commercial Committee. Member of the International Committee of the South Broward Board. She is also the Director of Business Development for YEAP, an Ecuadorian American Professionals and Business Association. She is the Honorary President of a non-profit organization, Madre Mercedes de Jesus Molina, an organization which cares for disabled, gravely ill, and terminally ill children and their parents. She has been on the South Broward Board Honor Society for the last three years.
